This Privacy Policy explains how Thrive NeuroDevelopment LLC ("we," "us") handles information related to the Brody website (brodygo.com) and the upcoming Brody mobile app. Brody has not launched yet; we will update this policy before the app is released.

Information we collect

Emails you send us. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Website. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

The app. When Brody launches, it may store information you enter, such as your child's age in months and activity progress, to personalize activities. We will describe this in detail in an updated policy before launch.

How we use information

To respond to you, send launch updates you asked for, operate and improve Brody, and keep our services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Brody is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use on their own. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run Brody (such as email and hosting providers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist, or request access to or deletion of your information, by emailing support@brodygo.com.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, give notice where appropriate.
